Mondays- open to all levels, working towards basic shapes and entries.

Tuesdays - open to all levels- beginner specific class- straight handstand alignment work, floor and wall drills.

&nbsp;

Wednesdays - open to all levels, Entries class, kick ups, jumps, presses

&nbsp;

Thursdays/Fridays - open to those already able to hold handstand for atleast 30s with the wall, working towards more basic shapes and more advanced entries.

&nbsp;

Progressions will be given to make it suit your level, no matter how little experience you might have. 

Individual corrections will be given to each participant, as this is crucial for making progress.  
Classes are capped at 10, to ensure each participant gets the attention they need.

We are going to work towards more advanced handstand positions such as;  L, star, straddle, tuck and head in variations.

The class will always begin with some straight handstand alignment work. Each weekly class will focus on a different topic, to ensure we cover all the basic handstand positions. First we work on holding each individual shape then work on transitioning between them.

Different entries such as tuck up and straddle up will be covered as well.

Pre-requisite;  30 second handstand hold by the wall.

I always provide individualized progressions when needed, so don’t be shy to give this one a go. 

All online classes are capped at 10 participants to ensure everyone receives the personalized corrections they need.

Really good class and instruction throughout, although I couldn’t do half the exercises it is still highly beneficial. Would recommend the class to anyone wanting to learn handstands and build strength. I joined originally as my strength for handstands is poor and severely lacking in all areas.
