In this class we’ll work on exercises that targets specific areas of your body needed for handstand, press to handstand and general bodyweight conditioning, every week the focus will change to create a well rounded training.
Expect :
handstand specific strength drills
active flexibility drills
prehab/rehab exercises to avoid injuries
