What happens at this event?

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner this class will suit you.

It’s not about the handstand, it’s about everything surrounding it.

In this class we’ll work on exercises that targets specific areas of your body needed for handstand, press to handstand and general bodyweight conditioning, every week the focus will change to create a well rounded training.

 

Expect :

  • handstand specific strength drills

  • ⁠active flexibility drills

  • ⁠prehab/rehab exercises to avoid injuries

Things to remember

Please bring if you have:

(if you don’t have any of these, don’t worry progressions will be given)

  • 2 yoga blocks
  • Elastic band
  • Light weight (0.5-2kg)
