In this 1hr 15m long class we are going to work towards more advanced handstand positions such as; L, star, straddle, tuck and head in variations.
The class will always begin with some straight handstand alignment work. Each weekly class will focus on a different topic, to ensure we cover all the basic handstand positions. First we work on holding each individual shape then work on transitioning between them.
Different entries such as tuck up and straddle up will be covered as well.
Pre-requisite; 30 second handstand hold by the wall.
