Tuesday lunch time- open to all levels working towards basics; straight, head in, L position.
Thursdays/Fridays - open to those already able to hold handstand for atleast 30s with the wall, working towards basic shapes and more advanced entries.
Progressions will be given to make it suit your level, no matter how little experience you might have.
Individual corrections will be given to each participant, as this is crucial for making progress.
