Taking place at Islington Studios in N19 4NF.
In this two hour workshop we are going to cover straight alignment, tuck and straddle handstand.
Expect lots of partner spotting.
Different entries and falling out of handstand safely will be worked too as needed.
This is a small group workshop capped to 8 people, which allows for a lot of one on one work.
