The challenge includes one weekly online group session of 45 minutes, where we do press conditioning.
As well as being added to the group chat where we can keep each other accountable, I’ll share homework exercises here and provide feedback/tips on any videos you’re sending.
The online group sessions will take place Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:15pm BST.
There is no pre-requisite for the challenge. For some, this is going to be conditioning, then for some this is going to be about work towards elephant lifts and stalder press…
